At Tresaire Ann, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy outlines the processes and conditions for returning items.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving an online order or within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept returns on items that have incurred marks, stains, makeup residue or odours. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details before returning your parcel.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your online order or within 14 days of purchase for in-store transactions. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable, and store credits issued are final and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All claims regarding faulty items will be carefully assessed prior to approval. If the item is determined not to be faulty, the return request may be declined. Due to high demand and limited stock availability, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit future orders if we detect excessive or unreasonable return behavior, including returns associated with content creation or commercial use.

For international returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return process.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

For U.S. customers, a flat return fee of $14 will be applied for refunds and $7 for exchanges. These fees are non-refundable.

All international customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. For further assistance, please contact our returns team via email.

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please include your packing slip inside the parcel. Securely attach your return label to the outside of the package, making sure it is clearly visible and not obstructed.

All items must be returned with care and in their original condition. We recommend using the original packaging your order was delivered in to help prevent damage during transit.

Items are considered returned once delivered to our facility. Upon receipt, our team will carefully inspect your return and process it in accordance with our returns policy, whether as a store credit, exchange, or refund.

We aim to process all returns within 3–5 business days of receiving your items. Once your return has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
